A Moment of Gratitude From INTENT
Thank YOU for letting me part of your journey.
Hey You!
I just wanted to pop into your inbox real quick to say… THANK YOU.
Seriously. Thank you for being here, for opening these emails, for giving me a tiny space of your day every month. Out of all the things you could be doing with your time, you still choose to read my newsletter and I will never take that for granted.
This little community started as a way to give back to people, and somehow it’s turned into this little corner where we get to learn, grow, and figure things out together. And the fact that you show up, month after month, means more to me than I can properly put into words.
Every time you open my newsletter, send your appreciation, or even just silently nod along… it reminds me why I started this in the first place.
I appreciate you more than you know!
One of my favorite parts of writing this newsletter is actually… you writing back.
Every time you reply to my newsletter, or if you tried the advices I shared or felt a little less alone reading something I wrote, it genuinely makes my whole day.
You have no idea how much it fuels me to keep going knowing how much my newsletter resonated with you, how it made you reflect, feel seen, or even helped you to make the decision you were scared to make. And it makes me feel that this is no longer just me writing into the void but something that actually feels like a community.
And I’m so grateful for that.
So here’s a few shoutouts from all the responses I heard from you guys this year:
This was phenomenal, I really needed to hear this this morning.
I too struggle with some deep perfectionism tendencies that often lead me to fall short on my goals, especially if they are quite crazy goals.
The "No Zero Days" concept reminds me of some of the messages in James Clear's Atomic Habits.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences!
Hi Radhika,
Just wanted to say this was super insightful and helpful! I wish we had more of such valuable information available to early in career people. Thank you for helping demystify the career growth process so we know what’s possible and how we can actually achieve our career goals no matter how difficult they may initially seem. You are truly empowering so many people!!
Wishing you continued success in 2025!
Hi Radhika!
Long time no talk 😅 I absolutely love this newsletter because it reminded me of myself as well!
I am an introvert and when I stepped into college two years ago, I decided that I would step up my game in making friends. Before anything else, I posted and volunteered in our batch that I will create a group chat for all the Chemistry students.
The day before our freshman orientation, I messaged the group chat saying “Oh hey let’s all meet in McDonalds near campus and get to know each other!” Glad to say that after almost 2 years, I consider those people who met up with me my closest friends! 🫶
So, I definitely agree that it has to be intentional to keep those connections and relationships you want close to your heart ❤️
Although, I have yet to try that technique as well to people outside of my college program like in school organizations HAHAHA
Always looking forward for your newsletter (even if I’m just usually a silent reader 😆)"
I just wanted to say, I think I really needed to hear this. The concept of slowing down, breathing, and mindfulness—honestly, it’s foreign to me. But after reading your message and seeing how you backed it up with science, I’ve realized just how important it is. I’m excited to start incorporating it into my routine, and I literally texted my mom saying I’ll be joining her in this as well.
Secondly, after reading this, I took about 20 minutes to self-reflect and blog. Usually, I end my blogs with “[A], you got this. We got this. Let’s do this,” which is a way of expressing excitement about the future. Today, I ended with, “I feel good and calm. That’s it.” Being present is so important, and it’s really empowering.
Thank you :)
💭 Closing Thoughts
It still blows my mind that I get to write these stories, share lessons that I’m learning in my journey, and somehow… they land in your world. And the fact that you take the time to read it is something I’ll forever be grateful.
With that, I want to personally thank each and every one of you amazing readers for letting me be part of your world, even just for a few minutes.
I hope this Thanksgiving gave you at least one moment that feels soft and grounding: a warm laugh, a slow breath, a really good meal, or that extra slice of pie you don’t have to feel guilty anymore.
Here’s to you, your growth, your resilience, and the version of yourself you’re slowly stepping into.
Cheers to you and your new self.
